OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS
URBAN PULSE
Gallery Grounds is pleased to announce an open call for its upcoming exhibition Urban Pulse, curated by Gulcin P.T., running from 22 May – 15 July.
Deadline for submissions: 10 May
Submission Fee: £15
About the Exhibition
Urban Pulse explores the dynamic rhythms that shape contemporary urban life. The exhibition focuses on the visual, spatial, and structural languages of the city—examining how architecture, repetition, movement, and density generate an ever-shifting urban experience.
Rather than viewing the city as static, Urban Pulse approaches it as a living system defined by flow, intensity, and constant transformation. From geometric façades to fleeting reflections, from crowded infrastructures to silent structural intervals, the exhibition seeks to capture the underlying pulse that animates the built environment.
